Weapon Characteristics
The Multi-Cannon in Elite Dangerous is a six barreled Gatling Gun that fires 20mm Armor Piercing high Explosive rounds, APHE, at a high rate of fire and high velocity. The Multi-Cannon is the buzzsaw of the game with its high ROF, Rate of fire, enabling it to quickly shred an enemy ship. The Multi-Cannon, like most Projectile Weapons, are best suited against un-shielded opponents.
